sigh. I dont do small projects and I am not sure I will finish this one! It didnt turn out the way I wanted. Queen size quilt top. I get the batting tomorrow to make the sandwich. I suppose I can give it away...

It makes me think of the movie Coraline! Coraline is pretty vibrant, but also has an heir of mystery, and this quilt definitely has that vibe for me.
It's tough bringing "moody" into everything. That's why we are called Slightly Sinister! Sometimes you just need to make something without bats, rats and spiders! I mean, if you really WANT to, your top stitching that holds it all together could very much be spooky shapes! Sort of like a hidden easter egg that people will find randomly!
It is very pretty!
It's cute though!
