Kansas City is famous for it's BBQ. However, this is one dish I will not be eating! I do think that the chupacabra would love it! It's from a restaurant called the Tenderloin Grill in the River Market. It was established in 1932 and this particular dish was shown on Bizarre Foods on the Food Network show! They named it the Pig Snoot sandwich! Oink! Oink!
