The Larsen Family House (green house) is the oldest house in our town with it being built in 1904. The second oldest house (wood shingle house) was built in 1905 and belonged to Captain Selfridge, who has been reported to haunt the dwelling and allegedly appears in the background of photos taken in the home.
Its so crazy to know that in the same country, Where Mina Murray is in Mass, and where you are in CA there is a 300 year difference in the oldest house!
