This house was built in 1865 by James Wilkinson Grout Nelles. At the time the family owned all of Grimsby (the town I live in). The property was so large it included a forest, a peach orchid, and a large pond (where my street is located). The home was passed down to 3 further generations. After the last Nelles passed the home fell into disrepair. The heritage society petitioned to have house added to it's list of historic homes. As the home deteriorated people became concerned about safety issues. The city says they contacted the new mysterious owner several times with an order to ensure the house and property is brought up to current safety peramitors. All orders were ignored. Eventually the city began to clean up the property. They found human bones on the grounds. They started to dig....and found more human bones.
No one has met the mysterious owner but near by residents used to hear horrible noises coming from the house at night. Some of us believe this is the home of the Chupacabra. It lured victims in the night then buried them. We still hear noises in the night.

Your photo didn't go through, did you happen to get a pic? This place sounds crazy!
