Hi All

I finally joined the Academy! I mostly lurked in the Corn patch... I have been in a rut now for several years- since COVID started. I graduated from art school and we couldnt have our final exhibit shown so I was def short changed, I think it took about 6 months once COVID really started to hit my city and well, we werent prepared. I really worked 60-80 hours a week for 3 years. I started off healthy but didnt end that way. Lots of triggering stuff but... I never did any crafting in the last 5 years. It isnt that I dont have the interest but it has been only going as far as watching videos.

Last year, I decide I was going to do bullet journaling and I started.... it really is a lot of work and it took months to build supplies. I am hoping to make some of the art work for pages as points submissions.

I made a quilt last fall and took a few quilting classes. I have been sewing an apple core quilt. I a1most have the top done. I have the materials for about 4 more quilts in standby. I dont seem to have any pics of my quilts!

I have also been wanting to try a diorama, so that is on the list.

I really should get back to watercolour painting as well. Even if its just a journal book.

I have a big out of control garden too- I take photos of the plants and paint them.

Otherwise, I have 5 cats and a dog.

I bake.

Any of the submissions I have will be big projects!
